‘When you open a book, you encounter a vision living within the pages of a tactile object. For it to shine, you need someone who understands the materiality of colour and paper, cloth and thread, board and spine. Alenka is such a someone.’

‘I enjoyed working with Alenka on the Industrial Facility book. Her significant experience was evident in both her methodology and pragmatism. Working between the designer, colour house and printer, her interpretation and nuanced instruction were always spot-on.’

Paul Neale, Principal, Graphic Thought Facility

‘Alenka is a consummate professional, deeply knowledgeable in all aspects of book production, with an invaluable ability to adapt to the needs at hand – whether negotiating hard with suppliers or treating an important author with diplomacy. As a colleague, her flexibility and experience made even the most complex books easier to produce, and her perfectionism meant that the books I made with her were always beautiful objects. I can recommend her highly.’
